I hold a certified Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license. This means I am legally authorized to pull permits, manage construction, and handle major structural remodeling or improvements on one- and two-family homes. While I carry full licensing for major structural work, I specialize in small- to medium-sized jobs, bringing expert compliance and peace of mind to your everyday home projects.
If you need a specialty trade that isn’t offered, I’ll gladly connect you with reliable local professionals and coordinate our schedule with theirs to get the job done right.

We are unable to service apartments or commercial businesses.

Major Remodeling & Exterior Builds
Home additions, structural fixes, or foundation work
Large siding, roofing, or gutter replacements
Decks larger than 12'x12' or higher than 4' off the ground
Fence installations or replacements stretching over 16 feet
Replacing more than two windows, or installing large bay windows and patio doors
Whole-house insulation and weatherization
Specialty Trades & Maintenance
Electrical & Plumbing: Panel work, new lines, pipe repairs, or main drain cleaning
Masonry: Heavy concrete, asphalt, or stucco work
Garage Doors: Vehicle overhead doors
Urgent / Emergency Needs
We are not set up for emergency repairs. If you have an urgent hazard, please reach out directly to an emergency plumber, electrician, drain cleaner, glass shop, or storm/fire restoration expert.
